Week 1: Essential Oils
First Half of the Day:
Demonstration + hands on practice for applying crystals, essential oils, and foot reflexology from weeks 1-3. Bodywork demonstration for techniques to help settle and relax your client, disengage their over-thinking minds, and ways to work with the hands and feet.
Second Half of the Day:
Hands on practice for bodywork techniques learned in the morning.
Learn the basics of crystal healing, how to use specific crystals to balance chakras that are excessive (over active) or deficient (under active) or when they are already in a state of balance to add the crystalline frequency to your cleint's field. Plus additional education on clearing and caring for your crystals.
Learn about the elements; Ether, Air, Fire, Water, Earth. How elemental imbalances show up in your clients, and ways to help balance them through embodiment practices, lifestyle suggestions, and foot reflexology (overflow into our in-person day for hands-on practice)
Journal Prompts and Self Inquiry to tap into who are you as a healer and how you want to show up in your practice. Exercise to align with the frequency of your future self.
Learn to embody your purpose, find joy to be able to receive along with your client. Learn to align yourself and get into the right state to heal and hold space. Deepen your trust to Spirit/Source.
Discussion on how to get the most out of your client consultations, when to offer these additional techniques, and how to slowly integrate them into your practice. Final wrap-up of the course. Certification + Snacks!
Identifying limiting beliefs or areas of self doubt. We'll talk about the witch wound + imposter syndrome, and how to dismantle these themes and lean into trust to find your authority as an energy healer.

When does ELEVATE start?
Starting mid-September 2024 this 8 week class will include:
6 Evening Zoom Calls
2 In-Person Days (held in Melrose, MA)
Once everyone has their spot purchased, together we will choose which night of the week works best for zoom calls and which day works best for the in person dates. Keeping in mind all of them will be recorded incase theres any dates you're unable to attend.
